This once-in-a-lifetime itinerary takes you on a journey through varied and colorful Peru.
Spend several days touring the classic highlights of Peru in Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Journey on to the the Pacific coast at Chicama, famous for it's beautiful beaches and some of the best surf in Peru.

Day 1 - Arrival In Peru
Upon arrival in Lima, you will be met by our representatives, who will transfer you to the convenient and comfortable airport hotel for the night.
Overnight: Ramada Costa del Sol Hotel
Day 2 - Lima - Sacred Valley
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your short flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, Tambo del Inka, just outside of Cusco in the Sacred Valley.
The remainder of your day is at leisure. Take a day hike, go for a swim in the pool with a view, or simply relax in the comfortable lounge and take in the special ambience.

Day 3 - Sacred Valley
Today enjoy a private full-day tour to the famous Pisac Market, the Pisac Ruins, and Ollantaytambo Fortress.

Day 4 - Hiram Bingham to Machu Picchu
Today you will be transferred to the train station for your trip to Machu Picchu. Your guide will be a specially-appointed Peru Rail guide, and you will travel to Machu Picchu on the fabled Orient Express Hiram Bingham.
Enjoy lunch on the train, before your full tour of Machu Picchu with an expert guide. Spend the night at the magnificent Sanctuary Lodge.

Day 5 - Machu Picchu to Cusco
This morning is free. We have included a second pass to enter Machu Picchu. Feel free to explore the unbelievable ruins at leisure before departing Machu Picchu.
Afterwards you will be transferred to Aguas Calientes, where you will board the Hiram Bingham for your train to Cusco. Enjoy dinner on the train. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel.

Day 6 - Cusco
Today you have a full day free for independent exploration of charming and fascinating Cusco.

Day 7 - Cusco - Chicama
The morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Trujillo (via Lima). Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to nearby Chicama, on the beautiful Pacific coast of Peru.
Check in to your hotel, the Chicama Surf Resort & Spa. Prepare for a day of surfing or relaxation tomorrow.

Day 8 - Chicama
Today is a full day at leisure at your beautiful hotel and spa. Relax, enjoy the beautiful location, unwind in the spa, or take surf lessons with the in-house experts. Home to the longest left wave on earth, Chicama Beach is perfect for experts and beginngers. The different breaks offer something for surfers of every skill level, from novice to professional.
Chicama Beach is world-famous and has been host to some of the world's most famous surfers. Surf lessons are available, and the hotel offers a variety of boards for rent (ranging from 6-9 feet).

Day 9 - Chicama
Another full day at leisure at your tranquil and relaxing hotel.
Enjoy the tranquil and beautiful surroundings, surf lessons, the pool, or a massage in the spa.

Day 10 - Chicama - Lima
Most of the day is free for you to take advantage of some last surf lessons, and relaxation at the beach. After check-out in the afternoon you will be transferred to Trujillo for your evening flight to Lima.
Upon arrival in Lima, check in to your hotel. The rest of the evening (New Year's Eve) is at leisure.

Day 11 - Lima Departure
After breakfast you will transfer to the airport for your international flight.
