Days 1-2 Rio de Janeiro

Days 3-4 Paraty

One of the world's best-preserved Portuguese colonial towns, Paraty is now World Heritage-listed. Spend a day beach-hopping on a boat cruise through the bay, snorkelling through crystal clear waters and feasting on fresh local seafood.

Days 5-8 Iguazu Falls

Fly from Sao Paulo to Iguazu. Over 2 km in length, Iguazu boasts more than 275 falls in all, some reaching up to 80 m in height. Explore both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the falls, admiring their sheer scale and vast panoramic splendour.

Days 9-10 Bonito

There's a lot to live up to with a name that translates to 'beautiful', but Bonito is more than just a pretty face. Opt to hike along spectacular mountain walks, dive into cool rivers or snorkel among a rainbow of colourful fish in this nature-lover's paradise.

Days 11-13 Pantanal/Campo Grande

About the size of France, the Pantanal plain is the world's largest wetland area and home to a vast array of wildlife. Enjoy a tour of the area, birdwatching and exploring the bountiful wetlands. Relish in hot showers and comfy beds on an overnight stop in Campo Grande.

Days 14-15 Rio de Janeiro
