Itinerary

Days 1-2 Ubud

Discover the cultural heart of Bali in Ubud, an artistic town where lush hills, emerald green rice paddies and dense forests meld together. Experience the tranquility of the tropical surrounds at the Maya Ubud Resort and Spa.

Day 3 Trekking or Cycling

Enjoy the natural beauty of the rice terraces and distant mountains during a trek or cycle through surrounding villages. Visit the homes of painters, woodcarvers and crafts people and discover the diversity of plant and animal life in Ubud's surrounding countryside.

Day 4 Yoga and Cooking Class

Start the day with an early morning yoga session to limber up limbs ready for the culinary lesson ahead. Discover the secrets of Bali's cuisine while grinding spices and mixing marinades in a Indonesian cooking class.

Day 5 Cultural Experience

Discover Bali's wealth of cultural activities with a choice of either learning the intricacies of batik painting, the graceful move of Balinese dance or the haunting sounds of the gamelan. Alternatively, for a piece of spa bliss indulge in a one hour Balinese massage.
