Days 1-2 Istanbul
Step into a magical world of colourful bazaars, mysterious mosques and delicious Turkish delight. Discover hidden gems with a walk down the city's backstreets and peruse the mesmerising Grand Bazaar, which is packed with over 4,000 shops. Delight in the Islamic architecture of the Blue Mosque - its soaring minarets and exquisite tile work make it arguably the finest mosque on the planet.Days 3-4 Goreme
With its bizarre rock formations rising out of the ground like fairy chimneys, the surreal landscape of Cappadocia is sure to captivate even the most seasoned traveller. Work up an appetite exploring rock-hewn churches, cave homes and dreamlike valleys, and join a family in their home for a feast.Day 5 Konya
Home to one of the largest universities in Turkey, Konya is located on the steppes of central Anatolia. Perhaps visit the shrine of the great mystic Rumi and discover the beauty of his poetry, or wander the sprawl of the local bazaar and bargain for leather or felt handcrafts.Day 6 Antalya
Set against the pine-clad Bey Mountains, beautiful Antalya awaits. Wander through historic houses in the old city of Kaleici and soak up the old-world Ottoman atmosphere. Head to the Roman harbour to enjoy great seafood and to relax at a favourite local haunt.Days 7-8 Kas
Charming coastal Kas makes a great base for enjoying the Mediterranean. Swim in the sparkling sea then sail over the sunken city of Kekova - sliding gently over the crumbling buildings is a strange and beguiling experience.Days 9-10 Kayakoy
Relax with a glass of tea in the tree-lined main square and discover the town's abandoned Greek houses. Walk the Lycian Way to picture-perfect Oludeniz and take a dip in the famous lagoon.Days 11-12 Selcuk
Visit Ephesus, the best-preserved classical city in Turkey and the site of a Roman amphitheatre. Learn to make delicious gozleme before enjoying some local fruit wines in nearby Sirince.Day 13 Pamukkale
The chalky terraces of Pamukkale have fascinated travellers for thousands of years. Dip bare feet into the therapeutic waters before heading off to inspect the unique tombs and streets of the ancient Hierapolis.Days 14-15 Istanbul
The journey ends where it all began, amid the spectacular buildings and colourful markets of Istanbul.
