Animal rehabilitation work in Costa Rica

From monkeys and macaws to toucans and other tropical creatures, animal lovers can get down to "monkey" business at this sanctuary which provides valuable rehabilitation for a diverse range of species. Prior to life in Monkey Park, these animals had been illegally poached, abused or abandoned. Volunteers will provide a helping hand by assisting a local vet and biologist in providing tender loving care to the centre's newly found friends. Opportunities also exist to enable others to take a walk on the wild side by carrying out conservation work in the surrounding environment and promoting the centre as a tourist destination. So, if you have a warm heart and green fingers then this is the ideal project for you.
