Experience the 95th Anniversary of Anzac Day at Gallipoli on this 14 day overland exploration of Turkey. Beginning in the captivating city of Istanbul we'll head inland to Goreme to explore the unique landscape and underground cities of Cappadocia. There's also time to relax on the beautiful mediterranean coast at Fethiye and 2 nights in Selcuk to explore the ruins of Ephesus and Ancient Troy. On our penultimate day we get up before sunrise for the culmination of our journey, the evocative Anzac Day dawn service, before returning to Istanbul.

Itinerary
Day 1 Istanbul
With a guide, walk the streets of enigmatic Istanbul, admiring the elaborate architecture of mosques and palaces along the way.
Days 2-3 Gallipoli Peninsula/Anzac Service
Visit the historic city of Troy, then continue to Gallipoli to pay respects at the moving Dawn Service.
Days 4-5 Selcuk
Enjoy a guided tour through the impressive ancient ruins of Ephesus. Imagine what life was like centuries ago while viewing the crumbling remains of theatres, stadiums, avenues and temples.
Days 6-7 Oludeniz/Fethiye
Travel to the Mediterranean coast where hiking, swimming and scuba diving are all great ways to experience the pristine natural beauty of this charming region.
Day 8 Termessos
The well-preserved ruined city of Termessos is a fascinating place to explore.
Days 9-11 Cappadocia
Be enchanted by the unique underground caves and cities of Goreme.
Day 12 Bush Camp
Camp overnight in bushland.
Days 13-14 Istanbul
Return to the bustle of Istanbul where the adventure ends.
