Day 1 Livingstone
Africas adrenaline capital, Livingstone is the perfect place to kick off the adventure. Head to the mighty Victoria Falls and admire the columns of spray from this curtain of falling water. Knife Edge Bridge and the forests immediately opposite the falls on the Zambian side provide unparalleled views. There are plenty of optional activities on offer as well. Why not inspect the falls from another angle with an exhilarating helicopter flight or perhaps get the pulse racing with some bungee jumping, canyoning or abseiling?
Days 2 Caprivi Strip
Marvel at ancient rock paintings on a guided walk, before heading back into Namibia to the Caprivi Strip. Take a game drive, meet friendly villagers and soak up the serenity of this beautiful region.
Day 3 Okavango Delta
Rising in Angola to soak into the Kalahari sands, this astonishing wetland is the only one of its kind. Explore its twisting network of lagoons and channels with a local guide in a mokoro, a traditional pole-propelled dugout canoe. Try to spot hippos lounging among the lilypads, elephants nudging aside papyrus reeds for a drink, crocodiles basking on the banks or startled birds rising from the foliage. Camp on a remote island deep in the wilderness and drift to sleep amid the delta's nocturnal sounds.
Day 4 Maun
Head south towards Maun, gateway to Botswana's famous delta.
Days 5-6 Khwai River Area/Moremi Game Reserve
Explore the woodlands, floodplains and waters of this reserve by vehicle and motorboat before resting by a campfire. Safari through one of the continent's greatest wildlife sanctuaries, which African wild dogs, hippos, leopards, elephants and cheetahs all call home.
Days 7-10 Chobe National Park
Drive through grasslands and forests in a 4x4 in search of herds of majestic elephants. Watch hippos lazing on the river banks on an afternoon cruise.
Days 11-12 Livingstone
Cross the border into Zambia and choose to visit the powerful Victoria Falls for a spectacular finale to this wild and wonderful adventure.
